Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake is looking for someone that is motivated, has an upbeat personality, a drive to succeed, and a strong ability to communicate with others. As a Business Development Center Representative, you will work in a team-oriented environment with other reps and the Business Development Manager. Although helpful, automotive experience isn’t required, and training will be provided.
Ensure that all incoming sales inquiries are answered in a timely fashion, professionally and according to the provided call guides
Outbound calls to follow up with customers who have visited the dealership, requested information online, or have called into the dealership
Reply to customer email, text, and online chats
Schedule and reschedule missed appointments
Follow up calls to ensure the customer had a positive experience and are happy with the service that they received
Input customer information, along with detailed notes, accurately into a CRM
