Our overall experience was good. We are pleased with the new vehicle (Chevrolet Bolt EV 2020). The price was fair (essentially, MSRP for the new vehicle minus 8500 Chevrolet cash) and financing was reasonable (market rate). Our salesperson (Robert) was kind and by no means pushy, and he has been attentive in making sure we are satisfied with our purchase. I appreciate his help with correcting the issue with the Onstar/MyChevrolet app and keeping in touch via text. His follow-up service has been great. We were somewhat frustrated the first day when we were not initially presented with 'out-the-door' pricing on the vehicle. Only being presented with possible payments at a 9-10% interest rate at first was confusing and frankly overwhelming. We appreciate Kevin and Robert presenting us with clearer pricing/cost info when asked. We believe the overall knowledge of staff regarding the Bolt EV could have been better. There was some confusion regarding the difference between trims and the Driver's Confidence packages, which was eventually rectified. We appreciate Westlake bringing up the desired vehicle from Strongsville to meet our requests.
