Dave greeted me and he was very nice. I waited about 1 hour. During that time I had a cup of coffee and watched TV. I will definitely go back there again for service.

I took my vehicle in for service due to a bulletin I had received. Bryan Monchak is the only person that I see for service. He keeps me updated, lets me know the options I have and checks in frequently while they are working on my vehicle. However, I did notice when I was in the past time, that the service manager was rude to the employees. I witnessed a female employee knock on his door, which was already open, & he didn't even turn around or acknowledge her. She began to speak & he still did not face her or give his attention to her. He also did this to 2 other gentlemen. He never looked up at them either. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I felt bad for the employees being treated that way by their superior. I hope to not have any issues with my vehicle, but it is always nice to see the people in the service department! I have been going here for many years & it's nice to see the smiles from them when I do come in!
