I brought my 2012 Chevrolet Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation. I bring it to the dealership because of the multi-point inspection and convenient location from my house. All good until I picked it up. I get in to drive it away and the check engine light was on! It wasnt on when I dropped it off nor had it been on anytime recently. I parked vehicle and told the person handling my car about it. He had someone take the car back to the garage and within 2 minutes gave it back to me. No mention of why it came on or what the code was or if it will come back! NOTHING! Im driving home, upset, and turn the wheel and hear a clunking noise! That wasnt happening before I took it their. I get home and have my wife drive around the block since its her car and she hears the same thing. I pull in the driveway and begin looking at the tires to see if all the lug nuts are tight and on my back wheel I see a completely rusted out lug nut on my tire which wasnt on my tire before! Where did it come from? Where is my matching lug nut? No mention of this in my paperwork. Also, why was this obvious noise not caught during the inspection? This is not my first bad experience at this dealership but I dont generally fill these out because I dont want people to get in trouble. This is too much though.
